Meet Derek Regensburger, Colorado Photographer

I am a Colorado native that has a passion for photographing Colorado’s landscape and the people in our natural environment.  Capturing beautiful light is what photography’s all about.

I am based in Broomfield, CO, and have been in the photography business since 2000.  I have had a passion for photography since I was 13 years old.  I enjoy shooting all types of photographs, including architecture, nature, portraits, and weddings.  

Publications

My images have been published in the 5280 magazine, Denver Post, Mountain Living, Camping Life, and Northwest Travel, just to name a few.  I have been chosen as a selected artist in many photography competitions in Colorado including the Louisville Art Association, Lone Tree Photographic Arts Center, and This is Colorado exhibition.  

Sports

I have shot sports for many outlets, including Maxpreps, Calsport Media, the Sterling Journal-Advocate, and the University of Denver and Colorado State University athletics departments.
