  • 2025 Boy’s Soccer Final

    I spent last Saturday at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs photographing the 2025 CHSAA Boy’s Soccer Finals. It was a lot of fun as usual although a very long day with 4 matches.. Congrats to Crested (2A), Kent Denver (3A), Mullen (4A), and Regis (5A) on taking home the state crowns. The best match of the day was Crested Butte -Forge Christian as no goals were scored in regulation or overtime despite several chances. Crested Butte came back from a 3-1 deficit in penalty kicks to prevail 4-3.

  • 2025 CHSAA Basketball Finals

    Another year has come and gone and Colorado has crowned its high school basketball champions. Congratulations to Kent Denver for taking home the trophy in 4A boys, Windsor in 5A boys and Eaglecrest in 6A boys basketball. On the girls’ side, University edged out Delta to take the 4A crown while Mullen took home the 5A trophy and Grandview secured the 6A title. It was a fun tournament as always to photograph Enjoy some of the best shots form the weekend.

    Congratulations to the Riverdale Ridge girls and Resurrection Christian boys basketball teams for winning the CHSAA 4A 2024 high school basketball state titles.

  • 2022 Girl’s Soccer Final

    Congratulations to Kent Denver and Northfield for taking home the CHSAA 3A and 4A girl’s soccer titles last night at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. Kent used a dominant first half to roll past Jefferson Academy 3-0 and Northfield survived a second half onslaught by Windsor to escape with the 0-0 win in penalty kicks. The Northfield goalie was the hero on the night stopping several point blank shots and 2 shots in the penalty kicks.

  • 2018 Girl’s Soccer Finals

    I photographed the CHSAA 2A and 3A girl’s soccer finals at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park last night. Dawson School defeated Denver Christian 3-2 and Jefferson Academy outlasted Kent Denver 2-1 in a shootout in the 3A final. The nightcap was very evenly matched as the two teams traded second half goals before going scoreless in the two overtime periods. Jefferson won the penalty kick round to take home the trophy.
